Refund Policy

Our approach
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because the products run entirely on your own machine, you can evaluate the Free tier before buying — and if Professional isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward refund window.
Eligibility
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Professional purchase of a given product: if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund it in full.
- Renewals: annual renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if you haven't actively used Professional in the new term.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or manage your subscription from your account. Include the product and the approximate purchase date. You do not need to send us any of your files or mail — please don't.
After a refund
When a refund is processed, the associated Professional entitlement ends and the product gracefully returns to the Free tier. Your local data and index are unaffected — they live on your machine, not ours.
